Hello, I've been having issues with my Versa 4 after the recent forced update. Everything was working decent and linking. After the 210.26 update, my watch is acting on its own. Slides screens, it starts workouts.. it glitches, when I want to press the screen it randomly reacts to scrolling up and down and sides which is hard to press start an exercise. I understand you are trying to offer updates, but you should make it optional and reversible just in case. Sometimes is easier to restore to factory settings the watch and start all over. So please offer ways to downgrade versions.

Thanks for letting me know about these situations with the screen of your Versa 4 and it starting workouts automatically.
My best advice would be for you to restart your Versa 4 and change the clock face, I'm positive this will help you with these several situations. Now, about going back to the previous firmware version, I recommend you to post this in our Product Feedback board so our team of developers could be able to monitor it. Include as many details as possible for them to review it.
