I received my Fitbit as a birthday present purchased at Amazon and should have 6 months of Premium but my new account is not showing it. I used my google account instead of my mom’s google account to start my account since she bought it.

 

Should I have used her gmail account or just started a new account from scratch?

Update, I figured it out. I was able to do it with my android phone and simply synced it to my iPad. If anyone else is having this problem, try it.

meanwhile, seems this bug needs fixing😉💙
