Sleep completely wrong?

My sleep bedtime is completely wrong. In the app, it reads bedtime at 2:34am. With only 5 hours, 56 minutes sleep score. Instead of 8:00hrs. I receive a wind down at 10:30 pm on my mobile phone. I have a paid premium for Fitbit. Also, my Versa4 logs into sleep mode early evening automatically. I used to be able to set sleep mode myself.  Since the update,  I'm unable to set my Versa4 to dim mode during the day and unable to set button and motion control settings. When I tap the buttons on, they turn off. This is frustrating because they help to save the battery. My mobile phone is a Galaxy A546E OS14.
