I am having the same problem. I have a fit bit premium account and everything else works fine, and I get my score, but when I try to see my stress management breakdown it tells me I need premium, but I already have it. I have a pixel 7 pro and a versa 4. I have tried the above, as well as force stopping the app, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, re pairing my watch and removing the stress management tile from my today page and re adding it. Nothing works! Please assist.

Welcome to the community, @Kna1984.
I've moved your post to the Versa 4 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation, and the information provided. To work on this, do you recall when this started to happen? May I know if the rest of Premium features are available on the Fitbit app, such as workouts and daily readiness?
If possible, could you take a screenshot of the message asking you to get Premium. To attach the file, follow the instructions described here.
