The cardio load is not turned on. How do you stop messages

Hi there, @Canagirl.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'd like to share with you that currently it's not possible to turn off the Cardio prompts on the Fitbit app. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Our team has already been informed of the situation and is currently investigating.
