Steps dashboard and hourly dashboard are both greyed out. Chatted with customer service and basically was told we are aware.its now been 6 weeks and still no change.
I am not able to see my any of my stats they are all greyed out I have rest my Fitbit as instructed but still nothing has changed this has been going on since the update.
Mine has been this way for 6-8 weeks. Thinking of moving to a different company for a fitness watch. Extremes poor support over the past 2 years since Google acquired Fitbit.
