Hi is anyone else having issues with Versa 4 not syncing I leave the app open on my phone but it just doesn’t sync end up having to close the app and re open it! I wish I could go back to the old Fitbit account since I’ve moved to Google I have nothing but issues! Also my husbands Versa has stopped tracking his sleep? No sleep data at all! I’m seriously considering changing to another brand of smart watch, any suggestions? Thanks

I'm sorry to know you are experiencing some issues syncing your Versa 4 to your mobile app. I appreciate all the troubleshooting you have already tried.
We're aware of an issue impacting various functions with Fitbit and the Fitbit app and are actively looking into it. We will keep you all updated once we rollout a fix. Thanks for your understanding.

Is there an estimated timeframe when the Versa 4 synching issue will be corrected? Although I cannot sync the languages were on my Versa. I inadvertently clicked the side button (which is extremely sensitive) and now my display is Spanish and I cannot change it back to English.
