Change exercises

I was reading through the forums that versa 4 isn't able to change and adjust the various exercises. Can you please fix this or update it. I had a versa 2 and because it broke, I got the 4. I would have gotten the 2 but it wasn't available any longer. Very frustrating that I'm not able to add the various exercises I use.

Please fix this.

Hi @Monikutty  - even though the Versa 2 is not available from Fitbit it should still be available in the shops and online.

Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

@Monikutty   The Versa 4 didn't remove any of the exercises that were on your Versa 2.  Your Versa 2 had about 20 shortcuts and the Versa 4 has 40.  It added things like kayaking, HIIT, core training, and others.  The navigation is a little different.  What activities did you do on your Versa 2 that you can't find?

Hey,

Thank you for your response!
I wanted the shortcuts if possible. I could arrange my versa 2 and put the
ones I did most up.on top without searching. I was able to remove the ones
I never do. Here I am not able to do that. Example, swimming, I have to hit
other exercises in order to get into it.
I hope I'm making sense.
Thank you again!

@Monikutty - you can't rearrange the shortcuts, they do it automatically with the most recentt coming to the top

@Monikutty   Here is some more information that might help you get more from your Versa 4.

  • When you swipe left/right on the screen, you are navigating between your screen tiles.  There is an Exercise screen tile that has three exercises in circles and "All" beneath it.  Those three exercises are Quick Start shortcuts.  I think the default are walk, run, and bike.  Those will be replaced with your last three activities as you use different ones.  These are Quick Start shortcuts.  You can't change any setting or set a goal with a Quick start shortcut.
  • You can open the Exercise app by tapping on that "All" or by short pressing the button > Exercise.  This screen will show up to five recently used shortcuts at the top.  If you want to set a goal or change a setting, you must use this path before you start.

As you use your Versa 4 more, you won't need to keep scrolling through that whole list, unless you have six or more favorites. 😉
