My fit bit is not responding when I touch the screen so I can't set it up.. I can choose the language but then after that it doesn't respond when I touch the screen

Hi @Cucacarney Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! I'm glad to help you with the touch screen of your Versa 4.
Note that you need to tap the display twice in order to turn it on.
If the issue persists, you can easily fix this kind of behavior by restarting your Versa 4. To do so, Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Didn't resolve my problem. In fact I can't even log into my fitbit acct. Says my password or email are wrong and when I asked for a reset it won't even send me a link to my email account.. I got past this by linking and logging in with my Google account
I double tapped the screen. still won't go past set up page
