Hi@LZeeW and thank you for your help.
We reported a similar issue with previous versions of the Fitbit app. So, ensure your app is up to date. You can find instructions to do it with our help article How do I use the Fitbit app? below the section "How do I update the Fitbit app?"
In addition, a workaround what posted in this thread that consists in changing the language of your mobile to English ( US) and then set it back to your current language in the case you are in other country. You can find additional info about it in our help article How do I change my language on Fitbit?
