Hello. I am trying to use a free upload picture someone made that I installed on Fit bit. But every time I try to customize, a page immediately jumps in front of my face before I can read whatever was about to be shown to me stating "No connection and to retry"
I am connected to internet however.
How do I fix this problem? I've tried updating, synching, allowing permissions, etc.
And if I can't fix it, is there another way to customize my watch face?

Update:
I am trying to do extensive researching. Everything from Private DNS, to white listing, turning mobile data off, restarting phone, uninstalling app. Is there a customer support email for Fitbit?

Do you live in Europe ? Please note that since June 2024 third party apps and clock faces are no longer available in the european economic area (EEA). I appreciate your understanding.
If you live outside the (EEA) and you are finding trouble installing a third party clock face, my best advise is to contact the developer so they can further assist you.
In addition, you can change your clock face by following the instructions in our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? You can find all available clock faces here.

Hi David. Thank you for the response. I am not in Europe. And I have contacted the developer as suggested. Thank you. If my problem were somehow to be resolved, I will update this post should I remember.
