Clock face issues

My Versa 4 clock face started acting up about 3 weeks ago. It either just disappears or interfaces with other health tabs and you can’t read it. Today I had to reset the watch 3 times. This is my 3rd Fit Bit watch and I’ve never had this happen before. Anybody else have issues like this?

Hi @RosaU - the watch OS has some quirks which can result in more than one view showing at a time which can make it difficult to read.

A quick fix is a restart of the watch using the button. If it keeps happening try changing to another clock face.

Yesterday I restarted my watch 4 times. I have also changed the clock face
which helps for a while but then starts acting quirky again. The clock
face minimizes and then goes back to normal on its own (and vibrates while
it's doing it). Sometimes I just lose the actual clock face and then I
can't get it back (no time). Very frustrating.

@RosaU - if you long press on the watch face it will minimise the clock face, it's actually offering you the means to change clock face, so it's best to avoid pressing the screen with a long press.

Also it is a good idea to pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons. This can avoid some other issues.

Actually I haven’t done the long press. At least not on purpose. It kinda
does it on its own occasionally. Also all my icons are turned off when I
pull them down.
