Connecting My fitness Pal to Fitbit for Versa 4

Ive tried connecting my fitness pal app to my Fitbit app but when I click on the Fitbit app (through my fitness pal) it says update or buy. When I click update it just takes me to my app. When I click buy it takes me to the fit bit site.

What am I doing wrong. Please help.

Hello, @SquirrelKat Welcome to the community, it's nice to have you here.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to connect your My Fitnesspal with Fitbit on  your Versa 4.

To link MFP, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Log into MyFitnessPal and click Apps.
  2. In the App Gallery, find Fitbit and click Connect.
  3. Click Allow to give MyFitnessPal access to your Fitbit data.
  4. Follow the instructions provided.

If this doesn't work, I recommend you to revoke the access of your MFP app in your Fitbit account, you can only do this using your computer by going to My applications on your online Dashboard settings.
