I set a reminder on my watch for medication almost a year ago…. It randomly popped up within the last week.

No rhyme or reason to the day or time. It’s popped up 3-4 times in a single day and sometimes it doesn’t pop up at all. Via the app I have no reminders or I can press the flag or check and it still comes back… eventually.

I’ve asked Alexa to cancel it. I’ve looked through my watch options as well as on the app. Nothing is connected (my calendar or anything) and there are no notifications or alarms set up. Other than moving notifications, but that’s it.

I’ve updated the app and rebooted the watch. Nothing helps!

The reminder are actually done via the Alexa app on the Versa 4.  You probably have to check the reminders through the Alexa app, maybe try deleting them and resetting them.

Unfortunately, I tried that and it shows no reminders…. It shows one old alarm that’s toggled off and nothing else.

Today it randomly went off three times. After 8am then again at 6pm and 8pm.

super frustrating!

Sorry.  Maybe try looking into Alexa from phone app. I wonder if maybe could also come from Google assistant.  I'm just guessing here.

I have set up multiple Alexa reminders for my Fitbit Versa 4 from the Alexa app on my phone. I use the set up form, not verbal commands. You can choose which device you want the reminder to show up on.  My reminders for the Versa set using my Alexa phone app exceed the 3-count limit using the Alexa app on my Fitbit.

However,  I have not figured out to to mark these Alexa reminders complete on my Versa 4.  There is a ribbon icon and a check box when the reminder shows on my watch.  If I click the check box, I still get a reminder every hour. I thought if I tapped the ribbon icon, that would indicate that I completed the action item.  However,  that doesn't seem to work either. I don't want to have to complete the reminder using my phone.  Thank you.

You can delete Alexa reminders that pop up on your Versa 4 from your Alexa app on your phone. Go to the "More" menu in the Alexa phone app.
