So I've fought through a bunch of issues finally to get my Versa 4 to Sync without issues (knock wood and all that jazz) - and - that has brought me to the step where I'm trying to turn on the On-Wrist Calls feature.
"Couldn't pair with Versa 4 Calls because of an incorrect PIN or passkey."
Versa 4's running the 210.26 version. Phone's running the 4.30 app.
Have done the typical restarting of Bluetooth, restarting the phone, restarting the device, removing the device (both from the Fitbit app and from the phone), manufacturer reset of the device, in various orders back and forth over and over again (got pretty good at doing all of that just to get the basic connection/sync issues sorted out).
The instructions and videos I've seen folks put out there - well, you just click okay when the window pops up with the PIN on the phone that matches the PIN on the device and VOILA, it works for them. It doesn't work for me - it gives me that error above.
Again, the error I'm getting while trying to do the Bluetooth pairing step for the On-Wrist Calls is the following:
"Couldn't pair with Versa 4 Calls because of an incorrect PIN or passkey."
Searching Google or even the forums here almost 99.99% return issues after it's been implemented. I did find one post on the forums here from earlier in the year where the person's stated issue - that third step of setting up On-Wrist Calls was basically ignored and left to die. I completely expect that to be the case with my post here, but I've lost track of the hours I've spent trying to get this up and running - so hey, why not, right? Go ahead and ask - maybe somebody will surprise me, yeah? If so, thank you so much in advance. Hope everybody has a happy and safe holidays...

I can't decide whether the real problem is a bad Versa 4, or a bug in the way the app acts as a go-between interface from the Versa to the phone Bluetooth. Since Google is the owner of all three systems/devices in my case (Pixel 7 Pro) it's hard to know which division has ultimate responsibility.

I'm having a similar issue, I have just got a versa 4 call and trying to sync it with my Huawei p30
Goes throug the whole process but then won't link throug the Bluetooth at all!
Done all that the fitbit guys have said to do on videos and other forums but doesn't work at all.
Looking to return it as very disappointed.
