BEWARE
I have purchased both a Versa 3 and Versa 4 this year. Both screens cracked under very light collisions/drops. I am on my 5th or 6th fitbits and this never happened before. Quality has tanked. Fitbit will not repair it or offer anything to make it right. I am bummed to leave this product since I like the app, but goodbye fitbit. I will try Garmin going forward. Fitbit lost its way. Maybe they sold to a private equity firm....this is how many originally good companies eventually meet their demise.
Both my 3's the screen popped off, I'm not hard on watches. The 2nd time this happened, Fitbit more or less said I'm S.O.L. They gave me a 35% Off my next purchase. I decided to go with the 4, but I bought the 6-month premium and 2-year warranty (a deal if you buy together), looks like I'll have to use the warranty in 8-15 months. Shouldn't have to pay over $230 for a watch to malfunction as my two did. If this happens again, I'm going back to Garmin.
