I want to log my physio training at home to keep me accountable and set goals. I’m surprised this isn’t an option on a fitness tracker already, honestly.
I have just gone around in circles for at least an hour trying to get to the bottom of it. Google no longer supports the online dashboard - is there a way to do this in the app? And if not really this should be developed.
thanks for your help.

Hi @PhillipaK Welcome to the Fitbit community! It's a pleasure to have you here!
Let me help you with your question about tracking a physio activity.
Please note that any exercise that is not in the current list can be chosen as "workout".
In the past, it was possible to create a custom activity and i understand your point of view about the online dashboard. We are constantly re-evaluating the offer of features of our products in order to provide our users with a better holistic view of their health and well-being. To do this, we sometimes need to update our technology to make these improvements. We are working to improve the overall experience of our products.
On the other hand, you can always post your suggestions on our product feedback board.
I wish you a very happy new year 2025!

Hi there,
yeah I think this is pretty fundamental. Like why pay for a fitness tracker if I then have to set up a separate excel spreadsheet or calendar or habit tracker…. When physio is a common thing that people in fitness need. There are so many functions on the watch I find obsolete.
My goal, which should not be hard, is to be able to export some basic data to my physio about my health, mobility and adherence to our schedule. And set goals and reminders around that activity.
I’m dubious about a lot of the functions…I think focusing on getting core product providing core functions working would be better. It’s unclear why you would remove something so fundamental and simple.
You also have an entire market - like myself - who have been highly active but also have underlying issues around mobility due injuries or EDS.
Are you really a fitness tracker if you seriously can’t log “I did my physio exercises today”.
so yeah put it to Dev. As someone who did work in start ups and tech for a while.
thanks for your response.
