Custom Clock Face

A few weeks ago, I put my Vera 4 on the charger and when I removed it my custom clock face photo had defaulted to a black screen removing the image I had on there. The device had an update but since then, I have not been able to get ANY customizable clock faces to upload an image. I click that I want to upload a photo and it goes to a plain white screen and nothing happens. I factory reset the device, deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing has fixed the issue. Any idea on what I can do???

Hi @RayaSunshine - the white screen  for customising clocks is one of the bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App. There is no fix. You can only make matters worse by trying to resolve it yourself.
