Daily readiness score still not working

I have Versa 3 and my daily readiness score has only been calculated 3 seperate times over the past month (since the update where it stopped working). I am a premium user and I have deleted and reinstalled  my app weekly and restarted my Fitbit on each occasion.  This is getting so frustrating….. Please fix it!

4 weeks with my new Versa 4. Same issue, it doesn’t sync that score to the watch

Been a Premium customer for 9 years now, each time I contact Support all they say is stop/start the service, reinstall etc.

Seems like all you can do is wait for the next firmware update and hope it’s fixed. I have never been able to tell if Fitbit ever reads our posts…now dealing with the never ending “your heart rate has fallen to 42 for more than ten minutes” BS.

Again, Support says start/stop service, restart device, yadda, yadda 

Even went to the Doc to check me out. I’m just fine. Glitched product evidently. Can my Doc direct bill Fitbit? Hah!
Terrible, terrible product these days. Never used to be. What’s up with that Google?

Sad that nobody but us paying customers are the only ones who apparently read these posts

I have contacted support and they have said the problem is known and technicians are looking into it. I guess we wait for firmware update. Had the same answer for 3 weeks so not holding my breath that it will be resolved any time soon.
