Often when a user thinks they have lost their historical data, it turn out that they have had 2 different fitbit accounts and accidentally logged into an old account which is not the one where their data is stored. Fitbit data is stored based on your email/fitbit account. Make sure you have not logged out of your account and accidentally logged back in with an email that might not be the one you were recently using when accumulating your fitbit data.
