I have a faulty Versa 4, 18 months old, and I see on the forums that it’s a feature of the screens to fall off for no apparent reason. Looks like Fitbit support isn’t interested in supporting - no response after a week.
Surely after years of complaints, Fitbit would have a product that is durable?
It would be useful if there was some help on the forums, or elsewhere, as to whether these are repairable, i.e. what adhesive is suitable, or do we just throw the faulty units out & buy another (non-Fitbit) model!
pity, because the watch has been good up to now.
FYI I had a Charge 3 before, but after 3 years the display faded into oblivion- apparently another Fitbit feature!
