How do you change sleep sensitivity from sensitive to normal? Reading all the info it says go to fitbit.com/devices/sleep tracking but there is nothing to click from sensitive to normal. Is this option only available if you buy premium?

Hello @Joyceegg and welcome to the Community.  The default setting for your sleep sensitivity is normal.  This might help you change it, if you changed it in the past.

  • Tap on your Sleep tile on the Fitbit app
  • Tap on the three dots in the upper right
  • Tap on Settings and look for the Sleep Sensitive setting

You might have a problem with this if you use an Android phone.  Fitbit's Sleep Help article says you must do this on the web dashboard if you use an Android phone.  Fitbit shut down the web dashboard two weeks ago.

If you use an Android phone and can't change your setting, I will notify a moderator to help you.

Thank you for the reply. I see that my sleep sensitivity is set to normal (default - I didn’t know this) and I now understand how to access this setting. You made it very clear! Why couldn’t all the Q & A’s be so distinct?!
With all the awake time that is recorded I was certain the setting had to be in sensitive mode. This may be the one thing I don’t like about my current Fitbit. It’s too hard to get a good nights sleep!
Thanks again for the prompt and precise reply!
