Differing heart rate

Could somebody help me please regarding the heart rate on my Versa 4. On the actual watch, in the 2 hour ECG section, it shows my highest heart rate so far this morning as 97. However on the old app the highest is 134 and on the public preview app the highest is 142. The public preview version always seems to be significantly higher and there is always at least one very high spike per day on both versions. I have had heart issues for the last few months and have been using my Versa 4 to help track but now I'm wondering if it's doing more harm than good and possibly causing unnecessary anxiety at times. I would be grateful for any help or advice.

Thanks for the reply, that's quite reassuring. I do have palpitations but have been given medication by my GP. Do you know of any reason why the numbers in the public preview of the new app are significantly different than the old traditional app? Not just heart rate (although that is what I am predominantly concerned about) but also sleep, resting heart rate etc.
