My Versa 4 that I've had for a year and a half suddenly changed the clock face, and my stats weren't showing. It was tracking my stats, because they were showing in the app, just not on the watch itself. When I went into the app to change the clock face back, it won't even show clock faces. Instead I got a blank white page saying "sorry an error has occurred. please try again later." I tried a factory reset on the watch, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. I finally decided my watch was too old and bought a new one, and it's doing the exact same thing.

This has been happening to me as well. I have done the factory reset of the watch 3 times and deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. The tech support walked me through these things (again). Then he said that it was a Fitbit issue and they were "working on it". It is so frustrating. It reverted back to the original clock face of the watch that doesn't show steps, battery percentage, etc.

Hi @pajamiam @NiseyW. - this does indeed appear to be an ongoing issue with the Fitbit App that others are also having, there is nothing you can to fix it.
If you have more than one clock face installed, have you tried a long gentle press on the middle of the watch face, when it is on, to switch between them temporarily?

I have tried to change clock faces from my watch, but it only has about 4 or 5 options, and none of them are actually displaying my stats for some reason. I hope they're working on a fix.

@pajamiam - the maximum number of clocks you can store is 5.
Do any of them have the possibility to show stats, but aren't? This would indicate a permissions problem in addition.
If you also have an Android phone have a look here at No Internet connection as this could be playing a role.

I appreciate you trying to help. There are a couple clock faces stored on my watch that have all the stats I want but none of the stats are displaying on those. There are a couple others that have stats that are displaying properly, but they don't have all the stats I want.
I've checked all the permissions on my phone, and they're all good.
I figured out that, on my phone, if I tap my device, then tap the "tiles" tab, then tap the "clocks" tab it will load the page, but it won't let me install any of the faces.

@pajamiam - on the clocks tab you should be able to select any clock already installed to appear on the watch (when synced) and there check for each face (with the stats you want) they have all permissions.
If you have 5 clocks already remove any that you don't want (other rhan the active one) and select new ones to install, by browsing or searching the Gallery.
If you live in the EEA you can only see Fitbit clocks.

Contacted Fitbit support and they said it's an issue they are working on and to check app store frequently for an update that will hopefully resolve it.

I am another user that lost all my stats for the past 4 years and my watch face no longer displays my ongoing stats - I need to scroll over to that page. Is this what was expected when Google forced us to switch over?? Very frustrating as it sounds from all of you!
