I only wear my Versa 4 when I go running, and I often go on long-distance runs.
I recently did a factory reset of my watch, and it started buzzing with lots of notifications: You completed your steps goal! You completed your Active Zone Minutes goal! You completed your Distance goal! You doubled your Distance goal! etc. etc. How can I deactivate all of them? They're distracting and annoying.
I found the section of the app where I can set my goals, so I set them to be unrealistic (90,000 steps per day), which could be a workaround. Is that the best workaround? Or is there a way to deactivate these notifications?

Hi, @versversa Welcome to the community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the goals notification on your Versa 4.
Yeah! You can turn off these notifications, I recommend you to check this article and look the part 'How do I turn reminders to move on or off on my Fitbit device?' to know how to do so.

Thank you for the reply, but this article does not address my question.
The issue is not regarding reminders. The issue is regarding goals while I am exercising, like the ones I mentioned above. Is there a way to disable those?
As I mentioned, I only wear my Fitbit when I exercise, so I never get reminders to move.

On some watches, there is an option under the individual exercise to disable notifications.

Thank you for the reply. Can you please be a little more specific? I have a Versa 4. Is the option in the app? Or on the watch itself? Do I have to start the exercise to find the option? Or is it something I can find before I hit Start? Thanks for your help with this! So far, I have looked through the various settings (or I think I have!) and I haven't been able to find this option.

Hi, did you get anywhere with this as I have the same annoyance with my Versa 4 and would love not to be 'alerted' during runs? Cheers
