Hi
I needed to update my Versa 2 since the battery would die after 48 hours. I couldn't keep up charging it all the time.
I compared for a moment all the Fitbit models, to make the right choice. For sure, I wanted a watch with lasting battery charges, but also I thought that I would at least offer the same options then my previous watch.
I opted for the Versa 4, ordered online. I received the watch and after less then 4 hours, I had to return it : the watch would restart every minute. It was super easy to communicate with Google for a return and the refund.
I then ordered a second one. What a deception to find out online that :
- Spotify ain't available
- can't remove the meteo widget : I don't need it and it uses battery for nothing
- can't personalize the watch to remove the mindfulness, menstrual health and stress management.
What a deception from Fitbit.
The biggest deception: impossibility of adding any third-party app. Almost everything in my Versa 3 is "not available" for Versa 4, including Spotify, Starbucks, my paid apps: watch face, Calculator, Currency exchange, Biorhythms, etc. And Maps as before showing location at any time NOT only with Exercises. I needed it because Versa 3 failed, and there was no option in the Google Store but Versa 4, presumably better. It is not.
