Dropped my Versa 4 and stopped working completely

My fitbit dropped from the fourth floor and it stopped working completely. It's not switching on, tried putting it on charge but to no avail. Screen showing blank even after 10 minutes..

Does anyone have any ideas?

Just an update to share that I called the customer care and despite my phone being out of warranty by 6 months, they agreed to replace it.
