At some point , the time on my versa changed , and it is completely wrong. I've tried following instructions online, and I still can't figure out how to change my time so that it shows me the correct time in my time zone..

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 shows an incorrect hour.Thank you for trying to resolve this before contacting us.
Both the time and date are updated with each sync, so it's important to sync regularly with the app. If your Fitbit is syncing regularly and still displays the wrong time, please go to your Fitbit app settings and change the timezone settings:
