While updating the watch recently, it is not now able to sync with the phone. I am having a samsumg galaxy s24 plus and while syncing the app manually, it shows error code 3000. Can somebody from the fitbit community pls take a look and let me know. The service is really pathetic wherein I have to post my problems in a community and hope someone take a look at the issue and God knows whether it will be resolved or not.

I'm having the same issue. About 1 week ago, it wouldn't charge so I updated the software and it started working again. It was almsot dead yesterday so I tried to charge it, but now it won't sync. When I restart the Fitbit, it shows the time as 00:00 and date as 1/1/2000. I can't find any helpful troubleshooting info on Google.

Hi @Errorcode3000 , @HeyMrsWhite - if you have tried clearing the Fitbit App storage cache and force stopping it before restarting both phone and watch and syncing manually it is most likely just another issue with the Fitbit App.
