Hello Fitbit community,
I hope you can help with this issue. Here are the exact experiences I had today:
1. I took a walk with my Fitbit on and it logged the exercise automatically. However the distance was incorrect.
2. As I CANNOT edit the distance (why not??) I decided to delete this exercise and then manually enter it so that I could correct the distance covered.
3. Deleted auto-logged walk and re-entered the walk using the correct time and distance.
The walk shows up briefly, and then disappears. I have tried re-entering and saving it several times and it disappears each time.
I have tried deleting and re-installing app, and also turning off my Fitbit while entering the data in the app and then rebooting watch after walk was re-entered. Nothing I do will cause this walk to save in my app.
Please help! This is very frustrating! I am a software QA engineer and this looks like a bug to me.
