Versa 4 button is unresponsive

Has anyone found a fix for the unresponsive Versa 4 side button? I have tried everything to get it to work. After this last update it hasn’t worked at all. I think I’m done with Fitbit after this…

@Robinson1022 ...  I had a similar issue with my Charge.   Suddenly one day my right upper side button stopped functioning and the only way I found to switch screens was to use the sweep gesture across the screen which was very annoying. 

I assume this was the result of a firmware update to the watch.  Good luck.

I’m not exactly sure. Have you tried rebooting your watch? If the issue persists, it sounds to me a hardware issue. You may want to contact Fitbit support or let the watch dry for a few days and then check if the button comes back responsive again.
