Exporting my data is taking too long

I'm trying to export my 10 years of data from fitbit to do the forced Google migration. Got to 90% in 6 hours or so. No progress in the next 24 hours. What is the issue?

Hi there, @TiglethPilisar. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern as your data got stuck at 90%, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that since you're downloading over 10 years of data, this might take a few days not hours. Due to potential file size limits or server restrictions, it is often recommended to export data in smaller chunks (e.g., year-by-year) rather than one massive 10-year file to ensure all data is captured.

Hope this helps.

I have the same issue, stuck at 90%.

Well, it took about 2 days, but it eventually worked. I downloaded extremely fragmented files that I put on my hard drive, and then when I tried to port from Fitbit to Google, it went to an empty Google account. It doesn't have any of my Fitbit data when I tried to log back into the original Fitbit, it locked me out saying that I had transitioned to a Google account. So now I'm stuck with having the data in many divided files that I can't really do anything with, a new Google account that's empty and an old fitbit account that they won't let me in because they transitioned it.Basically, I've lost functionality with my former Fitbit.Sent from my Galaxy
