So 2 weeks ago (15th) I sent off my Versa 4 for repair under warranty as it wouldn't charge anymore, this was after contacting support about the issue, who sent me a return label for FedEx UK.
I took it to the local Depot, and because I was in a rush that morning, I didn't read that it needed to be in a box or an envelope, and FedEx initially wouldn't take it, they eventually did, but did not give me a tracking number or email confirmation that it's gone.
I've contacted FedEx UK about 3 times since then but without the 12 digit tracking number, which I do not have, they won't do anything.
Is there anything I can do?
I am in Sheffield, England, NOT North America.

Well last night I actually read the tracking number on an old email, checked it on the FedEx website, and the item's "in transit" now from the US.
And could come back this week.
