FitBit Versa 4 Draining Battery Too Fast

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I first got my Versa 4, the battery would last 4+ days. Now it barely lasts 2 days. I chatted with an agent, but he had no idea how to open the battery usage info in the FitBit App to see what is draining the battery. He sent me to this article:https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14226518?hl=en-GB&sjid=2826560560531756257-NA#life,#tips,#s...

But that didn't help. Always On is off, I don't use SPO2 tracking, mainly because I can't get it to work. I do use wrist-call, but only occasionally. I don't use contactless payments. The Music Apps on my phone should not affect the battery life of my Versa4. I don't even know what Suici and iPass are. I've never set an alarm on my FitBit and I don't use an animated clock face.

I just installed the latest firmware update on my Versa 4.  The agent said to install the update to the FitBit App, but Google Play store doesn't show an update to install, so it should be up to date. I have the FitBit app installed on my Android phone and it is syncing with my Versa4.

Does anyone know how to open the battery usage page in the FitBit app so I can see what is draining the battery and correct it?

Mine is doing the same thing. It started one week ago. I had not changed anything on the watch. It had not updated. It just suddenly went from lasting a good week to having to charge it every other day. It also stopped notifying me via email that the battery was running low. I went into the app & it had logged me out apparently. Signed back in & see that it also hasn't synced any of my data for - one week. When this issue began. It's currently on the charger AGAIN. My husband said his just started doing this a week ago, as well. He believes Google has implemented something causing the issue.

In General, while we love the look of the watch, we are both very disappointed with the functionality. It just doesn't do what it's supposed to do. And now, having to constantly charge it? I could understand if it did the things my old Samsung did, that one was constantly working. But this one doesn't. Even notifications are becoming sporadic. Sorry I don't have any advice, I'm searching, as well. But you aren't alone!

My Versa 4 is also draining the battery in 2 days.  It also tracks too many floors.  I saw that was a problem on another post.  I'm wondering if it is tracking the floors and draining the battery.  It also had not updated since 28-JAN-25 so I did a reset of both the phone and the versa and we will see how long the battery lasts.  Mine is currently on the charger.
