For the past 4 weeks, my target score has been very low, 2 to 60. Keeps telling me I'm at risk for over training. (new workout program started)
All the sudden today, my target goal is 227 to 298. The highest it has ever given me is 90. Why the sudden huge increase?
I have a sedentary job and I do a 30 to 60 min workout a day, there is no way for me to get that high of a score without HOURS of an intentional workout.
