Versa 4 stops tracking my exercises

Help.

Fitbit please can I return my watch. 

It keeps asking me during exercise whether I am still exercising. If I don't notice it stops recording my workout. 

I phoned for support, and got some instructions for settings, which are not working. 

Also YouTube music - I don't use this, but it keeps coming up on my exercise screen, can you take this off too?

At the point of wanting to return it as not fit for purpose please. How can I do this?
