Since purchasing Fitbit Premium my forbit won’t sync with my IPhone without first disconnecting Bluetooth. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Shut the watch down completely. Shut my phone down. Nothing seems to work to allow me to sync my watch to my phone except first disconnecting Bluetooth, waiting a minute then reconnecting. This started almost immediately upon purchasing the premium Fitbit plan.

Hi @GD1995 - it is strange as Premium shouldn't affect syncing, there may be some other issue.

Firstly make sure there are no ther devices connecting to the watch, turn off their Bluetooth or the device.

Then try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If this doesn't work try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and repeat and if necessary click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device".

Lastly make sure the battery savings is not shutting down the Fitbit App or associated services from running in background.
