Versa 4 is not tracking my temperature

I have been told on the chat function that this feature is being reviewed however it has not worked since I bought my device in November so I am not optimistic that it will be resolved soon. I would therefore like to return my item for a full refund since my product is not working as advertised.

Hi @jtimney  - you are probably outside the return window.

If you compare the Sense 2 and Versa 4 it's shown that it doesn't have a temperature sensor but if you look in the Health Metrics tile you should still see skin temperature variation.

If you see nothing there try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

The values may take a while to calculate and appear in the app.

If you are not getting any values consider getting a replacement watch under warranty.
