Versa 4 battery draining quickly

Hi community, This is Ekta Arora from India-Noida. I have fitbit Versa-4. It is only 16 months old. While changing its device shows 100 percent but it got switched off in 5 min. I am facing this problem from last one months. It's not expected from fitbit type of brand. No support from the vendor no service centre. What to do if anyone could help.

Hi there, @Ekta-Arora. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is turning off even when the battery is showing 100%. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Have you tried restarting your Versa 4 and see if the behavior persists afterwards? If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

As per the description of your post, It doesn't seem like the battery is draining but an issue between the Fitbit device and the charger instead. Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 4 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
