Versa 4 not saving walks.

I've done two longish walks over Christmas that my Versa 4 has recorded, I've then stopped it at the end. I can see the summary of stats but when I sync, the walks do not show on the app. A bit frustrating.

Just got back from holiday and out of 6 walks my Versa 4 synced 2 correctly, 3 incorrectly and didn't even sync the details for 1 of them. It seems if you walk any further than five miles it doesn't transfer the data from the watch to the app. Have since done two runs and the details have synced perfectly. Still feeling a bit fed up that my walks are not saving correctly.

I have App version 4.6.  There are no updates to take.
