Fitbit Versa 4 blank screen

I have on,y had my FitBit Versa 4 for about two weeks, I have just been swimming and my Fitbit screen has gone blank.  At the top of the screen it has 3 …small square with hands and 4…. 

It has 71% battery.  I can not get it to do anything.  Any idea what is wrong with it please

Hi @Dragonsue2000 - it may be the watch is locked in swim mode - press the button once (Sense 2 and Versa 4) to turn off water lock.

@Dragonsue2000- make sure it is properly dry and clean and charge it. If it gets hot stop immediately.

When put on charge you should see the charging screen which will indicate the display is working normally.

In the Fitbit App Gallery tile try changing the clock face in case it is a clock face fault.

The watch should normally respond to button press or double tap of the display if it is not a watch seal issue.

Just curious, is it possible to post an image of what's on the screen?

@Dragonsue2000- Should it be necessary Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one. It may be quicker than getting a refurbished warranty replacement as you will be sure to have a new watch and new warranty.

It is always a good idea to note the names of any clock or apps you use in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, for installing later.
