Fitbit Versa 4 doesn't show the time

Hi My Fitbit Versa 4 is showing everything but the time !! I have reset factory settings, updated my Fitbit app and shut down my watch several times. I synced my watch with my phone and now I can read emails and everything else I don't need when all I need is to be able to see the time! The homescreen shows my heart rate and nothing else and no matter where I scroll I can't get the time. Can anyone help me?

@Edel72 , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Please charge the Versa 4 for at least 30 minutes. 
Then press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

The Versa 4 should then restart.

If this doesn't help. Try changing the clock face.
