Bought a Versa 4 about 6 weeks ago. Worked great for two weeks then started acting up. It started disconnecting several times a day and then just continually got worse. It no longer tracks exercise, not sure if it is even tracking steps correctly. I went for a three hour walk yesterday two days ago and it recorded absolutely no exercise again. Now it completely stopped working. It will not even restart. I have paid for a complete piece of garbage. I would like to be in contact with someone to get a complete refund or get a replacement tracker- one that actually works.
