The magnetic strip is no longer functioning on my Versa 4.  Is there a fix?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about this issue regarding the magnetic strip on your Versa 4. 

Could you please send an image of the back of the pebble, and also an image of the top of the charging cable?
