I got my Fitbit Versa 4 on December 25th 2023, and it started freezing about a week ago. I updated the Fitbit app today. But my screen keeps freezing. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Hi @HollieLyng - to unfreeze, hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If it happens again try changing to another clock face.

@HollieLyng - Hi! My Versa froze up after changing a clock face, but was easily fixed with a reset as described in @Guy_ ‘s response.
