Hi @HollieLyng - to unfreeze, hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If it happens again try changing to another clock face.

Best Answer@HollieLyng - Hi! My Versa froze up after changing a clock face, but was easily fixed with a reset as described in @Guy_ ‘s response.
