Fitbit Versa 4 will not turn on

After battery died watch was off a few days charged and not nothing happened tried to reset and getting a flashing Fitbit sign and the. A red X 

only had since September

Hi @RickoK - if charged try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start properly.

I have done this charged and held button and it flashes betweeen back and green background with Fitbit logo and then after a few flashes comes up a red x and then back off

@RickoK- try a couple of times first, if it does not work probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for help with a factory reset or replacement.
