Fitbit Versa 4 won’t start workout in app

When I press the plus + in app it won’t start exercise, so I can track my route.  It only starts on the watch, I won’t to track my route and can only do thru the app.

Hello @HollyOk and welcome to the Community.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  An app issue like yours is usual on one platform, not both.  Can you share more details?  What happens after you select Start exercise?
