Just bought a versa 4 as an ‘upgrade’ from my versa 3. Seriously want to send it back. So many apps missing and unable to download any. Biggest thing is why is there no music control for the music on my phone!! Please someone tell me there’s going to be a fix for this or I’m going to have to send it back and get my versa 3 back out.

Hello @SaraK. and welcome to the Community profile. I’m sorry, but don’t expect any changes. Fitbit didn’t release a software development kit for the Versa 4, so there are no third party apps available. I don’t understand why there are no music controls. Fitbit released the Versa 4 over two years ago. I don’t expect any more updates, unless it is a security patch.

I’m sending it back and going to save for an Apple Watch. I’ve been with Fitbit for absolute years but they’ve lost me as a customer now
