Fitbit Versa 4

Hello, The good news there is nothing wrong with my Fitbit Versa 4 I would like some advice- I have a sideways arrow with numbers going from 1 to 30 then going back 1 to 30 and it’s a little annoying I would like what is for and can I turn it off please . Thank you.

Could it be part of a clock face you have selected? Have you tried switching to another clock face to see if it goes away?

Thank you I never thought of that I have the free clock face that allows me to have my own picture from my camera library on it I’m not sure if that’s the reason and I don’t mind it being on there because I like having my own picture on the clock face it would nice to know what is for if that’s ok

I switched to another clock face and just like you said the arrow did go anyway  and the numbers so it must just be that one clock face with it’s a shame I mean it’s to off a issue but it would be nice if it wasn’t there. Thank you so much I was mad looking for the settings trying to turn it off .

If it's not "by Fitbit', you could see if you can contact the developer to see if they are aware of this, or maybe it can be removed by making a contribution.

Thank you so much you saved me such a headache by trying to remove something that only the owner can remove . One more thing sorry when you say make a contribution do you pay or just let them know my Ida .
