I have been using Fitbit continuously since 2019. In that time I have owned 4 watches, 2 upgrades and 1 replaced due to failure. now my last device (Versa 5) around 12 months old has failed. This is the second device that has failed out of 4 (50% failure rate).
Will Fitbit relace this watch ? as under consumer law in Australia all products are required to provide a "reasonable" reliability/warranty.
If not I will cancel my premium account. Other companies can manufacture devices that last more than 12 months.

@MrHippy , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
I'm not quite sure what the problem seems to be.
Fitbit has not released any Versa 5 model, could you please confirm your Fitbit model?
When you state:"This is the second device that has failed out of 4"
How did the Fitbit failed?
Failed to sync, does not start, does not charge, etc?
The more information you can provide the better, the Community can help you further.
If you want to verify the warranty of your Fitbit you can always contact our Support team for Australia .
We are aware that the EU, and Australia have different laws and warranties as in the US.
